Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

If your association, institute, or society, organised an exceptional expo over the past 18 months, then you will want to win this award. The judges will want to see hard evidence of the scope of the event with emphasis on any unique aspects that may pertain. Submissions should be backed up by photos, laying out any additional info or supporting media in a clear manner.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Event Information: Introduce your expo and provide key information, e.g.,; date, location, duration, event size; the history of the event; the team behind it; the theme and target audience; any special features for the attendees/delegates. Where relevant, provide samples of exhibitors and sponsors, and details on the amount of exhibition space utilised.
  • Budget: Please specify the event budget and any creative uses of same. Show cost management and return on investment (ROI). Discuss any sponsorship and fundraising efforts.
  • Delivery and Execution: Detail your planning, logistics management, promotional strategies, and how content was created. Highlight the attendee experience. Outline any special challenges faced and the resolutions.
  • Achievements and Outcomes: List expo goals and showcase results in terms of attendance and engagement. How many exhibition spaces were sold (if relevant)? Share success stories, media coverage, and post-event analysis.
  • Innovation and Impact: Highlight unique elements, industry or community impact, community engagement, sustainability, and future outlook.
