This award is given to the association, institute, or society, which has developed a programme that responds to the needs of its members and / or a wider circulation. It recognises in-house or center-delivered training, online learning, re-skilling, certification, bespoke development or any other educational resources & programmes that positively impact your membership.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Background: Give some background to the development. How this came about, its context, purpose, targets and goals.
  • Innovativeness: Showcase the innovative aspects of the program, including unique features, methodologies, or approaches. Explain how the program stands out from existing offerings in the field.
  • Challenges: Present tangible evidence of the program's contributions to the professional growth and development of participants. Highlight key achievements, such as improved skills, knowledge acquisition, or career advancements, resulting from the program.
  • Contributions & Achievements: Describe the research that you conducted, in terms of defining the need; scoping the requirements & specifications and determining objectives.
  • Supporting facts & statements: Provide concrete data, testimonials, and examples that substantiate the program's success.
