Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

This award recognises the association, institute, and society, that have gone above and beyond in fostering strong connections with their members and ensuring effective communication.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Innovative Engagement: Show how you use creative methods to connect with your members. Share unique approaches, like special campaigns or technologies, and explain the results.
  • Effective Communication: Describe how you communicate with members, including methods like newsletters, social media, and events. Share success stories and numbers that prove your communication works.
  • Member Involvement: Explain how you listen to your members. Discuss how their feedback helps you make decisions and improve your programmes. Share stories where member input led to positive changes.
  • Membership Growth: Share data on how your membership has grown and stayed strong. Explain how your engagement and communication efforts keep members satisfied and loyal. Use numbers and member testimonials to support your claims.
  • Measurable Impact: Clearly show the results of your engagement and communication efforts. Use numbers to prove how they've boosted member recruitment, retention, and other important measures. Include 'before and after' comparisons when possible.
