This award celebrates exceptional leaders who offer inspirational guidance and demonstrably impact positive change within their association, institute, or society. The CEO can be nominated by themselves or by a third party, but please ensure you have their permission to do so. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying particular attention to the criteria listed below.
- Visionary Leadership: Describe how you have set a clear and inspiring vision for the organisation, and how well you have communicated and executed this vision.
- Innovative Strategy: Describe how you develop and implement innovative strategies that have contributed to the organisation's growth and success.
- Positive Impact: State the positive impact on the organisation's performance, including financial results, market share, or other relevant key performance indicators.
- Employee Engagement: Describe efforts in fostering a positive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement, and ensuring the well-being of the workforce.
- Stakeholder Relations: Describe effectiveness in managing relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, partners, and the wider community.
- Sustainability and Ethics: Highlight your commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices, including environmental responsibility and social impact.
