This award recognises the team that can demonstrate extraordinary teamwork and show examples of how they went the extra mile to deliver their objectives for their department/ association. If you think your team has something to shout about, then tell our judges about it and you might just pick up a much-deserved award for your excellence. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying particular attention to the criteria listed below.
- Team Background: Please introduce your team and provide essential context. Highlight the team's composition, roles, and responsibilities, along with any unique attributes or qualifications that set your team apart.
- Team Collaboration & Cohesion: Please detail how your team effectively collaborates and maintains strong cohesion. Give specific examples of successful teamwork and communication among team members, demonstrating how these factors contribute to your team's success.
- Innovative Approaches & Achievements: Showcase your team's innovative thinking and remarkable achievements. Discuss specific projects or initiatives from the past 12 months where your team displayed creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges or seize opportunities.
- Measurable Impact and Results: Quantify the results of your team's efforts over the past 12 months. Present measurable data that underscore the significant impact your team has made within your department/association.
- Professional Development and Team Engagement: Highlight your team's commitment to professional development and engagement. Describe programmes and initiatives that support team members' growth and job satisfaction. Discuss how your team invests in its members, fostering a motivated and dedicated workforce.
