The launch of a digital Organ Donor Card, now available for Apple and Google Wallets, blends convenience with clarity, offering individuals a modern, visible way to express intent.
The card doesn’t replace the need for family consent, but it reinforces it—functioning as a conversation starter in a world where life-saving decisions still rely on human connection. With over 670 people in Ireland waiting for transplants, and only a narrow window where donation is possible, visibility and clarity have never mattered more.
