Uisce Éireann has achieved Transformational level recognition under the Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer Standard, the highest level of accreditation available from the professional engineering body. The Transformational level is awarded to organisations where continuing professional development (CPD) is fully integrated into leadership, organisational culture, and business strategy.

Water Magazine reported that for Uisce Éireann, the accreditation recognises how professional learning underpins its ability to operate as a single national utility and build capability required to deliver safe, secure, and sustainable water and wastewater services.

As Ireland's publicly owned national water authority, Uisce Éireann plays a central role in supporting housing delivery, economic growth, and environmental protection.
